The XDIST© frames are available in two configurations. Both are engineered for seamless integration with the WristFastTrac© vertical traction tower from Håndkirurgi ApS.

Developed in collaboration with Peter Jorgsholm, PhD (Seernes Private Hospital, Copenhagen)

XDIST© radius empowers hand surgeons to use all available tools for the surgical treatment of complex intraarticular distal radius fractures simultaneously.

Thanks to its unique design and radiolucent carbon fiber materials, XDIST© facilitates:

Open volar surgery for open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF)
Dorsal arthroscopy to identify intraarticular steps, gaps, and associated soft-tissue injuries
Fluoroscopic control under constant traction for accurate reduction and implant placement

Built for seamless use with WristFastTrac© traction tower from Peter Jørgsholm and Håndkirurgi ApS.
What started as a clinical need, expressed by the renowned hand surgeons Asgeir Amundsen (Moss Hospital, Norway) and Erik Engebretsen, and numerous 3D-printed prototypes, is now production-ready 📦.

Developed in Norway — with the support of Innovasjon Norge and Akershus fylkeskommune. Patent pending.
